Let’s play a game…

You’re a team of fundraisers who have been given a seemingly impossible task: raise €20,000 in the next hour. Not only that, but your CEO has locked you in your office! You and your fellow fundraiser will have to work together to raise the (make-believe) money and get out in the fastest time possible.

This “escape room” is a physical adventure game in which players work together to solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategy to complete the objectives at hand. You’ll use logic, common sense and your existing knowledge while learning fundraising tips and tricks along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does it work?
    Our Fundraising Escape Room team set up the game in a meeting room or appropriate space. Your staff are briefed and then ‘locked in’ to the room with one of our actors/actresses. The team of staff must work together to solve puzzles and unlock a series of steps in an effort to ‘escape’ within 60 minutes.
  • How many people can do it?
    Each 60 minute Fundraising Escape Room can hold up to 2 – 6 people (ideally…but at a push you could get 8-10 people depending on room size). The Escape Room can be repeated 4-6 times in a single day, allowing up to 36 members of staff to participate.
  • How will it benefit my team?
    This is a great team building event which is out of the ordinary while still being relevant to your charity’s work. Colleagues interact with one another and express themselves in a way in which they are less likely to in the workplace, getting to know each other in the process. Participants think creatively and analytically, bringing in a sense of achievement (and competition if desired!)

  • Where does it take place?
    This takes place in your own meeting room! We just need an appropriate, minimalist space to set up. Your team don’t even have to leave the office! If necessary we can run the Fundraising Escape Room off-site (which may incur additional costs).
  • How much does it cost?
    The Fundraising Escape Room costs €1,500 – €2,500 per day (or part thereof) dependent on location and number of participants.
  • Is it scary or claustrophobic?
